Farmers must provide accurate information regarding crop quality, quantity, and harvest dates. Misrepresentation of farm produce is strictly prohibited. Buyers agree to fulfill payment obligations as agreed upon through the platform's order and escrow systems.
Any attempts to circumvent the platform's verified marketplace or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for scams or price manipulation.
AI-generated price forecasts, yield estimates, and market intelligence are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for high accuracy using advanced models, AgriSupplyAI is not liable for financial decisions made based on these predictions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
